NOTICE OF COMPLETION
OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the
Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that the
Greene
County Cap 1 consisting of the Town of New Baltimore and the
Town of Coxsackie, County of Greene, has completed the Tentative
Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy of the
New Baltimore Assessment Roll has
been filed with the Town Clerk at the Town Hall 3809 CR 51, Hannacroix,
NY, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until
Grievance Day in May.
The Assessor
will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll for a minimum of four
hours on the following days:

Tuesday, May 22, 2007 between the

12:00pm to 3:00pm and 7:00pm

Town Hall of
New Baltimore, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to
assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be
aggrieved. A publication containing procedures for contesting an
assessment is available at the Office of the Assessor at the New
Baltimore Town Hall, 3809 CR 51, Hannacroix, NY 12087.
