NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Baltimore Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 8, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the New Baltimore Town Hall, 3809 County Route 51, Hannacroix, NY to hear public comments on Proposed Local Law No. 8 of 2007 A Local Law Establishing the Position of Deputy Justice Clerk as an Exempt Civil Service Title in the Town of New Baltimore.

A copy of the Proposed Local Law No. 8 of 2007 is available for public review during business hours at the Town Clerk’s Office at the New Baltimore Town Hall, 3809 County Route 51, Hannacroix, NY, and on the internet at www.townofnewbaltimore.org.
