All Town Meetings are Open to the Public.  Town Board Regular and Work Meetings are held on the Second and Fourth Mondays of the Month at 7 PM; Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings are the First Wednesday of the Month at 7:30 PM when needed; Planning Board Meetings are the Second Thursday of the Month at 7 PM; and Other Town Meetings are listed on the Community Calendar on the Town Website at www.townofnewbaltimore.org.  To access the Community Calendar on the website, click on Community and then Calendar of Events.

The Town Clerk's Office has EZPass Tags available for $25 each which is credited to an account when it is created.

THE GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDER FOR NONESSENTIAL SERVICES HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 15, 2020.  BE SAFE!!

TO:        All Town Residents and Employees

FROM:  New Baltimore Town Board

A statement was received from the Governor's office: 'as executives, managers, administrators, mayors, supervisors, and leaders to join the State of New York and limit your local government workforce to only its essential employees. Specificaly, all non-essential employees of local government agencies and authorities should not report to work, reducing your workforce by, at least, fifty percent (50%), until March 31, 2020."

Effective immediately, the following are non-essential and shall be CLOSED until March 30, 2020:

Assessor's Office

Building/Planning/Zoning

Highway Department

Recycling Center

Tax Collector

Town Clerk

Town Court

All employees assigned to the above departments shall not report to work until March 31, 2020. Those employees who can work from home shall do so with the approval of their immediate supervisor. All employees shall continue to be paid and will not lose benefit time during this period of workforce reduction.  All timesheets should be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. All Town employees are to remain on-call adn will be contacted if there is a need to report to work.

Effective 5 p.m. on Monday, March 16, we will be postponing all non-essential functions of the court until further notice.  At this time, Tuesday May 5th will be the next court date, but that date is tentative and subject to change.
